Shipping policy
We currently ship your orders within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
We ship CO2 neutral with DHL GoGreen.
Your order will normally be processed and dispatched the next working day after receipt. If your order is received before 10 a.m., it can be dispatched on the same day (weekdays Monday – Friday).
If you order items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 4.50 per order. From an order value of EUR 39.00 we deliver free of charge.
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days from order processing.
Deliveries abroad
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a flat rate per order as follows:
Austria and the Netherlands: EUR 9.50
Luxembourg and Belgium: EUR 12.00
Switzerland: EUR 16.00
From an order value of EUR 79.00 we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 working days from order processing.
